Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and Administration

The Public Policy and Administration postgraduate course is a rigorous and comprehensive program designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the principles and practices of public policy and administration, as well as the skills needed to analyze and solve complex policy problems.

Throughout the course, students will explore the various factors that shape public policy, including political, economic, and social influences. They will examine different policy-making models and frameworks, and learn how to apply these tools to analyze policy decisions. Students will also study the various stages of the policy process, from agenda-setting and problem identification to implementation and evaluation.

In addition to covering the key concepts and theories of public policy and administration, the course will also include a range of practical skills training, including policy analysis, program evaluation, and public management. Students will learn how to use a variety of research methods and tools to gather and analyze data, and will be trained in critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help them make informed decisions and develop effective policies.

The course will be delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, and interactive workshops, and will include guest lectures from leading practitioners in the field. There are no specific prerequisites for this course. 


This is a 40-week course consisting of 16 hours of online instruction and exercises.
